Socialist and communist conspirators continue to say that Obama has a long-form birth certificate while failing to produce it. Every day it becomes clearer that the reason no long-form birth certificate is shown is because there is no long-form birth certificate to show. The following is typical of what these conspirators say:
A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Barack Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.
State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws bar him from disclosing an individual’s birth documentation without the person’s consent, Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said Friday.
“There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document,” said Dela Cruz. “Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president.” (Hawaii Law Bars Release of Obama Birth Info)
Note the text I have emphasized in red above “without the person’s consent.” Hawaii law doesn’t actually bar the Hawaii government from disclosing an individual’s birth documentation—unless that individual refuses to grant permission. So, why doesn’t Obama grant permission? What is so hard about that? All he has to do is say, Hey, let them see it! Easy—unless you don’t actually have a long form birth certificate for them to see.
And it is not conspiracy to require a person to prove that he or she meets the qualifications for the office he or she holds or seeks to hold. That is just common sense. If your child needed surgery, would you not require proof that a doctor is legitimate before letting him or he cut on your child? and especially so if you had doubts? How much more so for a person is a position to ruin the future of every child in America. The real conspirators are the people who are refusing to show the essential documents, and who are demanding that we just trust them. Sorry, they have been caught is too many lies to be just trusted.
On a recent Monday night edition of “Hardball” host Chris Matthews, who describes himself as “an enemy of the birthers,” talked about putting the birth certificate controversy surrounding President Obama to rest. “Why has the president himself not demanded they put out the original documents?” Matthews asksed. I’ll answer his question: most likely because there is not one to produce. Chris Matthews also asked, “If it exists, why not put it out?” Answer: there is no good reason not to put it out, IF it exists. So, it is pretty obvious it doesn’t exit. Every state in the union should enact laws before the next election, requiring certified copies of all the original documents to prove one meets all requirements before allowing that person’s name to be on the ballots. It is a disgrace that our courts have not brought this issue to rest by hearing this case and requiring Mr. Obama to either produce the long-form birth certificate, or else vacate the White House.
