There have been many people stating about the Omnibus bill that recently passed (which funds Planned Phonomania clinics, weakens our borders and funds President Obama’s amnesty plans, weakens national defense, increases government spending, etc.), that those who voted for it should be voted out of office as soon as possible. We agree! So here are lists showing all the members of Congress and how they voted. We’ll give the those who (wickedly) voted for the evil bill first, then those who didn’t show up to vote, and then those who (rightly) voted against it.
The full, deceptive, official title of the Omnibus bill: “A bill making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” [Emphasis mine to show the deception.] And the measure number is “H.R. 2029 (Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2016 )” It was passed on December 18, 2015, 11:31 AM.
NOTE: before we go on, I’d just like to note that there are currently 100 Senators in the Senate and 434 Representatives in the House (there would be 435, but there is one vacancy at the moment), totaling 534 members of Congress at this time. There are 54 Republican Senators, 45 Democrat Senators, and 1 independent Senator. There are 246 Republican Representatives, and 188 Democrat Representatives. So this bill shouldn’t have passed, and wouldn’t have passed if the Republicans would have kept their word and done what they were voted into office to do, especially considering that there were even a few Democrats who voted against the bill!
