In God we trust?

It is trust in God that brought the USA liberty, power, and wealth. It is trust in government and in ourselves that is taking us to enslavement, weakness, and poverty.

Americans have come to a fork in the road, and are being forced to decide by vote what they will do with God. Never has the battle line been clearer. We are in a civil war of atheism versus theism—Belial worshipers versus God worshipers. In the 2008 election many people were deceived, and did not realize that they were voting against God. But that is not going to be the case in 2010 and 2012. Obama has surrounded himself with atheist humanists of many stripes: socialists, communists, anarchists, and sodomites. Only extremely naive fools cannot see this, since it has been openly in the news.

But there is another group of opinion makers even more dangerous yet—because they speak the truth on many issues, but also place their faith in humans instead of God, just as the followers of Obama do. This group of opinion makers is lead by Rush Limbaugh. These people profess to believe in God. However, their trust is not in God, but in “the American people.” If government would just get out of the way of “the American people,” they say, all will be well. Isn’t that actually just humanism in a different form? Yes! and proud arrogance. This group does not like Bible-believing Christians. Call Rush, and try to quote the Bible to prove a point, and see how far you get. And yet the Bible is the source and foundation of true conservatism. Rejection of the Bible is rejection of conservatism.

The emphasis of those in this group is on material gain. They are actually materialist libertarians, not conservatives. They think freedom is being able to sin and get away with it. They want their sins, but with wealth. In order to gain influence over true conservatives, in between elections they talk like they believe in the social aspects of conservatism, but the only part of conservatism they are willing to stand for at election time is the fiscal part. They want the wealth the financial principles of the Bible bring, but in practice they reject the moral principles of the Bible. Those in this group often openly flaunt their sins. For example, Rush Limbaugh is proud of smoking cigars, drinking alcohol, and telling off-color jokes. Returning to the US from a vacation several years ago, Viagra was found in his bags when they were checked by immigration officials upon re-entry to the US. Why would a single man be using Viagra? Ann Coulter likes to wear sensual, sexually provocative clothing. Exalting sin and sinful lifestyles is a part of atheism, humanism, and liberalism. True conservatism rejects and condemns sin and sinful lifestyles. Sin hurts people; that is why it is sin. However, it was during the last presidential election that Rush and friends really exposed themselves as not being true conservatives. They did this by backing pro-sodomy, anti-family, pro-gay-marriage Mitt Romney for president. Obama is the most ungodly person to ever sit in the Oval Office, but the horrible damage he is doing is nothing compared to what would be happening to us had Romney become president. Romney is the most liberal candidate for president in the history of the Republican Party. Shawn Hannity and Ann Coulter also supported Romney for president, and are in this group. Sarah Palin also recently joined this group by endorsing Romney for the next presidential election. Talk is cheap. It is hypocrisy for a person to claim to be a conservative, and to teach many conservative ideas in order to gain influence over conservatives, but then to support a supper liberal for president at election time, while claiming that the super-liberal man is a conservative. That is not just hypocrisy, but also treason to the conservative cause.

So, in the coming elections Americans are going to be knowingly deciding what will be done with God in the United States of America.

In whom will you trust?

The question we must all be mulling over in our minds is: can God be trusted? is government more trustworthy than God? or should we just trust in ourselves? The ballot will be something like this (put an X by your choice):

Democrat Party candidates = trust in government; reject God.

True conservative candidates = trust in God; limit government.

Materialist libertarian (fiscal only conservative) candidates = trust in self; thus, in practice, reject God.

Where will your allegiance lie?

The conservative pledge:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the States of America, one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all.

or the humanist Democrat Party pledge:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United Nations, many nations, in rebellion against God, with liberty and justice for none.

or the materialist libertarian (fiscal conservative) pledge:

I pledge allegiance to the dollar of the sinful States of America, one hellhole, under greed, with liberty to sin for all.

The American Dream

To true conservatives the American dream means freedom of speech and assembly so that we can worship God without fear of persecution. To atheist humanists (liberals, communists, socialists, etc.) the American dream is to get a free handout from the government, so they can be lazy and live off the labors of conservatives. To fiscal-only conservatives, the America dream means the opportunity to get rich while sinning without punishment. That is actually just giving a nice name to materialism. When money matters more to a person than truth and righteousness, then that person is a materialist, not a conservative, and needs to realize it and repent of it.

The audacity of hope

Hope is a form of trust. Hope is trust that things will get better in the future. Obama, “the One” the Democrat Party presented to the America people as the messiah in whom they should hope, has proven to be a fraud — he refuses even to produce the one document necessary to prove he is Constitutionally qualified to be president. Teddy Roosevelt’s foreign policy was, “Speak softly, but carry a big stick.” Obama’s foreign policy is, Speak nicely, but promise to destroy your stick. That foolish foreign policy has made Obama and the USA a laughingstock and mockery worldwide, and has not resolved a single world crisis. Instead we are now in great danger of being nuked by third-world countries lead by wicked, mentally unstable leaders. His economic policy has given us the worst economy of our generation, and threatens to bring down the economy of the whole world. He claims to be the champion of environmentalism, but is powerless even to prevent or clean up an oil spill. Never in the history of the USA has one man messed up so many things in so short a time. It takes great men, and great effort to build a building, but only a few moments for a wicked, immoral man to destroy it. Even a man inexperienced in governing can destroy a country in short order. Instead of working to defeat our enemies, Obama declares them to be our friends, and wages war on God and God’s moral code. That is a war Obama is going to lose. I just hope that we are not all destroyed along with Obama when God inevitably pulls the plug on him.

Never has our country been in a more dangerous crisis. We need a real savior in whom we can safely trust to lead us back to financial sanity and back to a strong foreign policy. But the problems are too large for any mortal to handle alone. It will take a miracle to bail us out. Only God can be the needed messiah. Only God can save us. To trust in any mortal human, or in human government, or in ourselves will bring total destruction.

Do you really, truly, actually trust in God? The truth about where your faith lies will be revealed at election time. Perhaps only you and God will know how you vote. I hope you can still respect yourself afterwards. And may God give you the blessing or the curse you then deserve.

A clear warning from God

KJV Deuteronomy 8:1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.
2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.
4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.
5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.
6 Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
7 For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
8 A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
9 A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
10 When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.
11 Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:
12 Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
13
And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;
14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;
17
And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.
18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.
